27th Japan-Türkiye Business Council Joint Meeting in Tokyo to Strengthen Bilateral Relations and Explore Global Opportunities

The "27th Japan-Türkiye Business Council Joint Meeting" will be held in Tokyo, organized by DEIK/Türkiye-Japan Business Council in collaboration with its counterpart, KEIDANREN (Japan Business Federation). This significant event is expected to be attended by Türkiye’s Minister of Trade, Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, along with prominent Turkish public representatives.

 

Marking the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Türkiye, the meeting presents a valuable opportunity to evaluate potential collaborations for further development and diversification of economic and trade relations between the two nations. The focus will be on expanding partnerships in key industries such as automotive and its supply chain, energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, food, tourism, finance, electronics, machinery, and logistics.

 

Moreover, beyond bilateral relations, discussions will cover opportunities for Turkish-Japanese cooperation in regions like Ukraine, the Middle East, Africa, and Eurasia. The joint meeting, hosted by KEIDANREN, will include participation from high-level business and government representatives from Japan, fostering dialogue on enhancing investments and collaborations in global markets. This meeting underscores the importance of strategic partnerships and aims to strengthen ties between two of the world’s largest economies in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
